Anniversary Story – Jessica and Jeffrey

Jessica had been following us for a while and actively contributed to our social media posts.  One day, very randomly (this does not happen often!) we decided to thank our loyal and active followers by personally offering a wee discount after they had voted in one of our posts.  A very genuine thank you to those who engage with us.

Jessica and Jeffrey had a special 10 year anniversary just around the corner, so the timing was perfect.

Having always adored Green Sapphire, Jessica dreamed of a design to feature a gorgeous Green Sapphire solitaire with 10 wee Diamonds placed down the band – to symbolise their 10 years of marriage!  She knew exactly what she wanted (had put together a document with descriptions and pictures even – perfect!!) and was being drawn to a particular hue of Green, so we contacted our suppliers around the world to see if we could find it.  We did!  Always exciting when you find ‘the one’.  A natural borne Sapphire made millions of years ago, found its person.

Jessica wanted a half-bezel design which was intended for a much larger stone, one which could afford to lose a bit of length by the nature of how it was held in the setting.  Jessica’s stone was a perfect 1ct precious Sapphire and we wanted to held her up and adore the full perfect natural form.  So we put our thinking caps on to come up with ideas on how we could get the best of both worlds.  We found a solution where Jessica would get the look of the semi-bezels but with the addition of 4 flat prongs we were able to hold that beautiful Sapphire tightly in place and up out of the bezels for full display and adoration. 

That’s what we do. You come with the dream, we make that a durable reality. 

Jessica and Jeffrey are stoked with their beautiful bespoke piece.  The colour, the design, the detail – all carefully chosen to celebrate their very happy 10 years.  Congrats you too!
