Engagement / Wedding Story – Jade and Paul

Jade is a long time fan of Hart & Halo – loving the beautiful Sapphire and regular inspiration pics.  When it came time to pick a special ring just for her she didn’t have any trouble choosing the colour.  As an avid green-finger herself, and a name like ‘Jade’, it was an obvious choice! 
The design was a little trickier to narrow down, but after lots of research and consideration she loved the idea of a full halo giving a regal feel and wow factor.

To start we sourced Jade her perfect Sapphire.  A gorgeous Green with hints of teal.  The colour play in this stone is just delicious!
Then we got to work creating a beautiful halo around her Sapphire, each Diamond sized and placed to create the loving frame around the centre stone, soft and gentle with a touch of elongation around the finger.  The Diamonds were custom-cut just for this piece!

And finally the details, a lovely gentle taper into the side points of the pears continuing to the back of the ring to give it a bit more weight underneath and help balance it on the finger.  A knife-edge profile to the band which continues that point from the pears all the way around, and raised shoulders to bring it all together in a cohesive and solid design.

Good things take time, but we are super happy with the end result.  A glorious piece fit for a Queen xx
