Engagement / Wedding Story – S & J

S and J have been engaged for a couple of years.  Her engagement ring was a gorgeous wee Emerald ring but unfortunately she lost the stone while gardening earlier this year! 🙁  She decided she would replace it with a replica ring and after a bit of research found us, immediately falling in love with how unique and personalised our jewellery is.

S contacted us and we discussed options.  After a bit of thought she opted for a Green Sapphire, to honour the green colour of her original ring but also ensure the stone was as strong and hardy as possible.  We went ahead and sourced a number of options and she chose this gorgeous Australian Teal Green Sapphire.  Super bright and clean – straight out of the ground in Toomahawk Creek, Queensland – an absolute treasure!  S decided to add a couple of wee Diamonds to the design this time, and we held these up high with the Sapphire in a cathedral setting.  The final detail was to set her family’s birthstones into the inside of the band.

Voila!  A gorgeous new ring paying homage to her original, while enhancing and adding sentimentality.  This one we are sure S will love and adore for the rest of her life – and we love that her beautiful family get to be included this time – so very very special and almost worth loosing the first 😉 xx
