Description
There’s something almost like stained glass about this bi-colour Sapphire, with blue, teal and green all living within the same stone. As the light moves through it, different areas come forward at different times, which gives it that lovely sense of depth and movement that makes bi-colour stones so interesting. Not church-window dramatic, more like sunlight passing through an old coloured pane in a beautiful house. Crisp, bright and quietly luxurious.
The shape only adds to that. Long, clean and beautifully cut, with clipped corners that give it structure without making it feel hard. The proportions are elegant, the finish is polished, and the whole stone has a very composed feel to it.
