The meaning behind this design
Design: Cluster Toi et Moi
The Stone: We started with the Orange Sapphire. She realised that if someone else got it, she would forever be wishing. A beautiful padparadscha-y coral Sapphire like this, unheated, is a rare one.
The Detail: We played around with the design here. There was no ‘brief’, no vision as such. She just wanted a fun, beautiful ring to reflect her. Her two favourite colours were coral and teal. The orange Sapphire was a coral colour so tick to that box, she wondered whether setting a Teal Sapphire next door could work. It did. We had the perfect trillion shaped Teal to complement, and so a Toi et Moi design it was! To finish it off, add that little extra sentimentality and create a bit more interest, she set 4 small round stones down the length of the trillion. Diamonds for her 3 girls, and a wee orange Sapphire in there for her boy. Perfect. Those details are everything.
