A Toi et Moi design gets its name from the French, meaning “You and Me”. This design encompassses two stones usually of fairly equal size, nestled together in loving embrace. The stones to represent each person can be whatever size, shape, colour or material you like, to land on the aesthetic that speaks to you.Â
We can use birthstones, but recommend instead using Sapphire in the birthstone’s colour, as a durable alternative that will last a lifetime and beyond, and be able to withstand the knocks of daily life!

A Toi et Moi is a real statement piece. Two large stones take up a lot of real estate on the finger and has massive ‘wow’ factor. The key to a good Toi et Moi is to pick two stones that go well together. Be it Sapphire, Diamond or a combination of the two, getting that pairing just right is critical.
We suggest you have a rough idea of what you’d like each stone to look like in your design, and once you’ve found the first one you pick the second one to complement it.
